Heaps of Consultants preach Agile as the way forward in almost any Project.
I wonder how many of them has actually read the original manifesto.
In essence it is about people and outcome over processes and bureaucracy.
Basically that is all there is to say.
It is harder to live than to preach, but organisations need to live it. I have taken over so many Projects, where Agile was preached but not lived. It cannot be enforced. There's no stick that will work, only carrots. Being the PM, I remember the Servant role and the bottom up approach. It starts with the Team. Them feeling comfortable, not only with their work, but as humans.
